Answers to frequently asked questions:

 

1) I'm not satisfied with the product, where should I send the products for a refund?

If you're not satisfied, in order to receive a refund send the product to our warehouse in the Netherlands (refunds are valid within 180 days from date of purchase) to this address:

We suggest you send by normal post to lower your shipping costs.

2) How can I consult with the Naturopath?

To receive a free consulting with our Naturopath send an email to:
askforhealth @ fitopets.com or askforhealth @ fitoplus.com (delete the spaces before and after the @)
and he will reply within 24 hours. The Naturopath doesn't offer phone consultings except for paid consultings (Skype).

3) Where is my order?

Immediately after placing your order you should've received via email the tracking link. If you didn't, please send us an email and we will send you the tracking link. If the tracking system doesn't work, isn't updated or the delivery is overdue, write us and email and we will fix the problem asap.

4) Can I pay the COD (cash on delivery)?

Unfortunately we offer this solution on for Italy at the moment. If you want this option to be added in your country, please send us an email to customer.service @ fitopets.com (delete the spaces before and after the @) and we will consider it.

5) What are you delivery times?

Depends on where you live. We ship from the Netherlands with GLS, so for example shipments to UK arrive in around 3-5 working days, Germany 2-3 working days, France 3-4 working days, Spain 4-5 working days. Anyway if you didn't receive your order after 7 working days, please contact us and we will fix this issue asap.

7) What are your payment methods?

You can pay with paypal, credit card, bank wire (if you choose bank wire you need to send it within 7 days from date of order, otherwise it will be deleted).

8) Where can I find usage instructions for the product?

Every product has the instructions printed on the label, however we always suggest to read our instructions on the website as they are frequently more specific.
